The participant acknowledges that the traffic of data through the Internet may cause delays during the download of information from the ID Experts Member Services section of this Web site and shall not hold ID Experts liable for delays that are ordinary in the course of Internet use.

Choice of Law

This Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the state of Oregon. Any dispute concerning or breach of the terms of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.

Entire Agreement/Modification

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between ID Experts and the participant with respect to the participant's use of this Web site. Arbitration
